A Note from Dr. Meryle Gellman

My private practice assists individuals in the context of their relationships, feelings, and desires and how it impacts their ability to live their lives as authentically as possible. COVID has changed the way we all see the world, including the fear of physically being outside of the home. Because of this, I have adapted the way I work with my patients to maximize their comfort through in-person, telehealth, and online treatment options.
I specialize in food-related and body image issues. My goal is to help regulate anxieties and fears regarding food and body acceptance enabling my clients to work through eating disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia, and Emotional Eating. In addition, I am adept at working with clients on their relationships, divorce and the family. I also specialize in treating ADHD behavioral diagnosis and problems, and bi-polar symptoms.

"The quest for self-knowledge is the most important key to changing attitudes and behavior."
